Warranty Information

Aqua Rita’s goal is to satisfy every customer with a quality long-lasting, American-made product. We guarantee all products 90 days from purchase date. In a rare case you receive a damaged or defective piece from the factory, we will replace any piece at no charge.

Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional alterations. However, individual pieces will be available for sale if you do happen to damage any part. Return items for a 100% refund (minus shipping and process fees) and must be returned 30 days from the date of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
